Previous issues have featured bookstars including Dr Sami Schalk, Alice Wong, Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha, Penny Batchelor, Michelle Franklin, Kate Foster, Phillip Carter, Rand Leeb-du Toit, Michelle Russell, George 'the Dragon' Parker, Michael Handrick, Richard O' Neill, Robin Ince. Penny Pepper and more. There have also been features on the history of Criptivism; #KeepFestivalsHybrid - a campaign to ensure CIAD people can still access events;  and finding Criptopia - a Utopia that is somewhere rather than nowhere and includes CIAD people.

Ciadish also features the World's Smallest Bookshop chart, with ten books written by chronically ill and disabled people that everyone should have on their shelves  added each issue.
